All of our products are delicious on there own, but here are some other fun options for you to try.  Enjoy!

Spiked Summer Strawberry Lemonade
Ingredients:
1 can frozen lemonade Mix
2x750ml bottles of The Hive Winery's Strawberry Wine

Mix:
Pour all ingredients into a pitcher. Add ice, mix well and enjoy!

Wasatch Sunrise:
Ingredients:
Orange Juice
Sisterwives Sparkling Bing Cherry Wine
Mix:
Combine equal parts orange juice and sparkling wine in a champagne flute and enjoy!

Stinger Mimosa:
Ingredients:
Orange Juice
Stinger Hard Cider or Raspberry Stinger Hard Cider
Mix:
Combine equal parts orange juice and Stinger in a champagne flute and enjoy!

Apple Sunrise
Ingredients:
1 - 3 dashes Lemon Juice.
1/4 oz    The Hive Brandy Company's Daisy’s Black
               Currant  Licker
1 1/4 oz  The Hive Brandy Company Apple Brandy
2 3/4 oz   Orange Juice
Mix:
Pour each ingredient, in order, into a collins glass. Stir gentely and serve.  Enjoy! 
                          

Summer Peach and Mint Sorbet
Ingredients:
1 Bottle Peach Wine
1/3-1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

Mix:
Begin by putting 1 cup of wine, the mint leaves and sugar into a sauce pan and bring to boil. Remove from heat and allow mint to steep for 15 minutes. Strain out mint leaves and allow to cool. Once cooled, mix in remaining wine and freeze overnight or until slushy. Stir and enjoy!

Honey Pears
Ingredients:
5 oz  Summer Mead
1 oz  Pear Brandy

Mix:
Pour mead in a wine glass, add the pear brandy. Swirl glass gently to mix.
Enjoy!!
 

Wine Margarita
Ingredients:
1 cups sugar
2 cups hot water
1 1/4 lemon juice
1 1/4 lime juice
ice                            
5 oz. of your favorite Hive wine

Preparation:
Dissolve sugar into hot water. Add lemon and lime juice. Mix and chill in fridge. Should provide enough mix for up to 5 Wine Margaritas. Can be stored for over a month!
Serve:
Mix 1/4-1/3 cup of mix with 5 oz. of Hive wine to taste. Pour over ice and enjoy!

 

Berry Delightful Martini
Ingredients:
4 oz  Aged Pear Brandy
1 oz  Sheldon’s Raspberry Licker

Mix:
Aged Pear Brandy and Sheldon’s Raspberry Licker in a chilled martini glass.
Enjoy!!

New Fashioned
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Aged Cherry Brandy (or other favorite)
4 Drops Beehive Bitters (We liked Spiced Orange)
1 tsp sugar or 1 sugar cube
1 teaspoon water or club soda
Ice Cubes
Orange Slice and Maraschino Cherry for Garnish

Mix:
Muddle sugar cube, water, and bitters in an old fashioned glass for 1 minute. Pour in whiskey and stir for an additional minute. Add ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry; serve with a swizzle stick

Java-Nog
Ingredients:
8 oz             Egg Nog (we prefer Winder)
1 to 2 oz     Java’s Coffee Licker

Mix:
Combind egg nog and Java’s Coffee Licker in a tumbler.
Enjoy!!

 

Raspberry Brownie
Ingredients:
1 oz Java’s Coffee Licker
1 oz Sheldon’s Raspberry Licker
2 oz Heavy Cream
Ice

Mix:
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in the liqueurs and then top with cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings on the top.

Strawberry Stroganoff
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
8 ounces fresh strawberries, sliced
1 pound beef loin steak, cut into thin strips
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
1/4 cup Strawberry wine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cold water, or as needed
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

 Directions
    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until al dente; drain.
    Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in onions and garlic, and cook until slightly tender. Mix in mushrooms, and continue cooking 2 minutes. Place steak strips in saucepan and cook about 1 minute. Mix in broth, and wine. Bring to a boil.
    In a small bowl, thoroughly blend flour with cold water until smooth. Reduce saucepan heat to low. While stirring constantly, slowly pour flour mixture into saucepan. Gradually return to boil while stirring rapidly, until sauce is thick and smooth. Add strawberries, cover saucepan and continue cooking 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, let cool slightly and stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles.

Blueberry Steak Sauce
Ingredients:
1 full size bottle Blueberry Wine.
1/4 to cup dark brown sugar depending on your preference cup
1/8 tsp. of cinnamon
1/8 tsp. orange peel
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)

Mix:
Pour 1 glass of wine for the cook to enjoy while making the sauce. Combine all remaining ingredients into sauce pan and bring to a boil. Simmer until the mixture has reduced to at least one quarter. This sauce can be used as a simple steak sauce or can be brushed on the steaks while cooking.

"Vanquished" - a brandy cocktail:
Ingredients:
2    Frozen Peaches, pitted
1    Cup Aged Peach Brandy
   Cup Tequila
   Cup Orange Liqueur
1    Cup Lemon / Lime Juice
   Cup Sugar
2     Cups Ice

Mix:
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend and Serve. Enjoy!
                      ~~This makes a STRONG drink~~

Mudslide
Ingredients:
1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Cup The Hive Brandy Company's Java’s Coffee Licker
Cup Sugarhouse Distillery Bourbon Whiskey or
           Outlaw Distillery Bourbon Whiskey 
2 TBS Dark Chocolate Sauce/Syrup
1 cup Ice

Mix:
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend and serve.  Enjoy! Makes about 4 Servings
                       ~~This makes a STRONG drink~~

Avalanche
Ingredients:
1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Cup The Hive Brandy Company's Java’s Coffee Licker
Cup Sugarhouse Distillery Bourbon Whiskey or
           Outlaw Distillery Bourbon Whiskey 
2 TBS White Chocholate Sauce/Syrup
TBS Dark Chocholate Sauce/Syrup
1 cup Ice

Mix:
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend and serve.  Enjoy! Makes about 4 Servings
                           ~~This makes a STRONG drink~~

Mule Kick:
Ingredients:
2 oz    Hive Brandy Company Eau-De-Vie brandy
         
in your favorite flavor
4-6 oz Garwoods Ginger Beer
          (spicy or mild, your choice!)
Mix:
Combine and pour into a Old-Fashioned glass. Try it in a wine glass or brandy snifter for a more intense scent experience!

Twisted White Mocha:
Ingredients:
6 oz. prepared Stephens White Chocolate Hot Chocolate
1 oz. The Hive Brandy Company Strawberry Eau-Da-Vie Brandy
1 oz. The Hive Brandy Company Java’s Coffee Liqueur

Mix:
Add the Brandy and Coffee Liqueur to the hot chocolate and top with whipped cream. Serve & Enjoy!

Morning Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz. Java’s Coffee Liqueur
1 oz.   Ghirardelli Chocolate Liqueur (spirit)

Mix:
Shake with ice and strain into a Martini Glass
Enjoy!!! 

Jitters:
Ingredients:
10 oz. Daily Rise Cold  Brew Coffee
3 oz. The Hive Brandy Company Java’s Coffee Licker
1 oz. Cream or Half & Half

Mix:
Add all ingredients to a tall glass & stir and Enjoy. -You may never need to sleep again after consuming this caffeinated blast.
 

Bramble Margarita Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 oz Sheldon’s Raspberry Licker
1 Orange Liqueur
1 oz Lime juice
1 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Simple syryp
1 oz Old Steiny’s Blackberry Licker

Ice

Mix:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shacke will for 10-15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Super Charged Hot Toddy:
Ingredients:
4oz Fall Mead
1oz of your favorite brandy
1 Lemon slice
1 Cinnamon stick

Mix:
Mix and heat without bringing to a boil. Add a slice of lemon. Stir with a cinnamon stick and enjoy on a cold night, by the fire, before bed or whenever the craving arises.

Zion Hot Chocolate:
Ingredients:
6-8oz of your favorite hot chocolate
1oz or more of Zion Curtain Raspberry wine

Mix:
Prepare your favorite hot chocolate minus 1oz of water or milk. Replace the missing 1oz with 1oz or more to taste of Zion Curtain Raspberry wine. Stir and enjoy!
 

Wine Spritzer
Pour your favorite Fruit Wine into a wine glass (1/2 full)
Add a splash or more of club soda for a delicious fizz with a great Fruit buzz.
