Mix lemonade and whiskey together in a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with Old Steiny’s blackberry licker and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig. For those who like a little extra tartness, add a half ounce of lemon juice. Enjoy

Add 1 cup of wine, the mint leaves and sugar into a sauce pan and bring to boil. Remove from heat and allow mint to steep for 15 minutes. Strain out mint leaves and allow to cool. Once cooled, mix in remaining wine and freeze overnight or until slushy. Stir well immediately before serving.

Stir the warm water and sugar until dissolved, add orange juice and Cranberry Lees brandy and stir.
Add the sliced orange and fresh cranberries. Add the cranberry wine to the pitcher. Stir. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend (You can drink it now but it will be better in an hour).
Transfer to a serving container. Just before serving, add the chilled Stinger.

Mix cranberry wine, apple brandy and simple syrup in a large glass.
Fill to 2 “rocks” glasses with ice and pour half the cocktail into each glass. Top each glass with Off Roading or Stinger.

Combine and pour over ice into a Old-Fashioned glass.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
8 ounces fresh raspberries
1 pound beef loin steak, cut into thin strips
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
¼ cup Zion Curtain Raspberry wine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cold water, or as needed
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Directions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in onions and garlic, and cook until slightly tender. Mix in mushrooms, and continue cooking 2 minutes. Place steak strips in saucepan and cook about 1 minute. Mix in broth, and wine. Bring to a boil.
In a small bowl, thoroughly blend flour with cold water until smooth. Reduce saucepan heat to low. While stirring constantly, slowly pour flour mixture into saucepan. Gradually return to boil while stirring rapidly, until sauce is thick and smooth. Add raspberries, cover saucepan and continue cooking 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, let cool slightly and stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
